Stanton Andrews Architects have designed and passed through the planning process the redevelopment of an old farmhouse, plus the creation of a garage with office in a particularly remote location, illustration above. The clients are now ready to move to the build stage.
However, the remote location threw up its own challenges as the existing bridge over the brook running through the property would not hold the kind of traffic building work brings.
Despite the recent lockdown due to corona virus Stanton Andrews Architects have designed a new bridge deck taking advantage of the existing foundations and had it built ready to take the load for the work on the house and other buildings to begin.
