Well known pioneering mill shop Oswaldtwistle Mills has been developing a new concept of store on the popular Barrow Brook Business Park on the edge of Clitheroe. Stanton Andrews is working with Ossy Mill and was successful in obtaining planning permission last August. The store is set to open in late Summer 2019. The building will have a contemporary external look, and the interiors of the new store will have an industrial feel that links back to our textile history.
Loom Loft will focus on furniture and interiors and will feature an eclectic mix of contemporary, traditional and latest on trend products. Loom Loft has made a commitment to work hard to bring a good proportion of pieces from local manufacturers and suppliers. It will also include an interesting café offer designed specifically to fit in with the store concept.
Oswaldtwistle Mills is celebrating its 25 year anniversary this year since its conversion of a former textile weaving mill. From humble beginnings starting out as The Bubble Factory selling detergents toilet rolls and rag, it is now a tourist attraction bringing in people from all over the North West.
