We were approached by a couple who had relocated to the area to be near their family. They had found a property in a good spot in a village location, however it was tired and lack-lustre. We were already working with their son and so they asked us to come and have a look.
The option that has gained approval from the local authority gives the property a face lift. The look of the house is completely changed with windows and doors in different places and the pebble dash finish replaces by a smart render.
Our design makes the most of the garden and views over the valley, focusing the living accommodation towards the south. We have also introduced a covered balcony and terrace to enjoy the sunshine. A new shallower roof allows for more spacious accommodation inside and a more up to date look.
This house will soon be under construction.
