Planning Approved!

We are pleased to share planning consent has been given to extend and remodel a charming dwelling in the Ribble Valley.

Set within the National Landscape (formerly known as an Area of Outstanding Beauty), the scheme has been carefully designed to enhance the character of the existing home while introducing refined contemporary living.

Drawing inspiration from traditional rural forms, the architecture pairs warm red brick, stone and pitched rooflines with expansive glazing to create a seamless connection between interior and landscape.

Elegance

The proposals include elegant new leisure facilities arranged around a tranquil courtyard pool, offering privacy, comfort and year-round enjoyment.

Generous openings frame panoramic views across the gardens, allowing natural light to animate the interiors and reinforce a strong relationship with the surrounding countryside.

Collaborative Approach

Achieving consent in such a sensitive setting required a thoughtful, collaborative approach. Our Design responds intelligently to local character, Planning Policy and environmental context – demonstrating how considered contemporary architecture can sit harmoniously within a rural landscape.
