We are pleased to have submitted a planning application for this large replacement dwelling, in local Pennine stone and Burlington slate, that brings the Arts & Crafts tradition into a more contemporary styling
The concept was to create a house that was appropriate, sympathetic and had a strong connection to its setting, traditional in appearance and celebrate the arts and crafts tradition of using handmade, bespoke and artisan.
This fantastic property, which is on the edge of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, has a multitude of in house facilities including: a formal lounge, family room, gym and spa, wine cellar, master bedroom suite with his’n’her dressing rooms plus a 6 car garage.
It expected to be on site early in the new year with completion in 2021.
